   Serve as CTO of Vmedical Inc., USA and General Manager for 深圳百通力鑫实业有限公司 currently. Worked as Test/Validation manager at Raytheon System company (USA) and senior engineering manager in Motorola (USA) for many year years. Has been appointed as distinguished professor (特聘教授) for two China universities and a PhD program advisor for an US university.

    Was educated at SUNY (State University of New York) of USA where majored in Telecommunications on both hardware and software and also on Artificial Intelligent, hold a PhD degree in Telecommunications. Hold a master degree in Computer Engineering with a design emphasis on ASIC (Application Specified Integrated Circuit) and VLSI (Very Large-Scale Integrated Circuits) from Union College of USA, and also hold second Master in Economics with a focus on Business Management from SUNY of USA.
